Location near train station, Modern room decor, Accessibility to local supermarket

Room cleanliness needs major improvement!!! The transparent bathroom doors offer little privacy for families!!! It would really help to enhance the air conditioning management for comfort during warmer days!!!

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for checking out the nearby shops and a fun day at a local amusement park. The train station was super close for quick trips to the city center. The pizza robot outside was a hit for late-night snacks. Would definitely return!

The Wi-Fi was spotty. it didn't work on my iPhone, which was quite annoying. It was fine in common areas but not in my room.

Convenient and comfy stay

Had a solid time. The train station was just a 3-min walk away, which was super handy for getting into Amsterdam. Our room was pretty spacious and clean, perfect for chilling after a day out. Breakfast was a nice surprise, lots of tasty options. A bit dark in our room tho, could use a ceiling light.

My stay in Zaandam was quite the mix. The location really impressed me, just a short walk from the train station, making it super easy to explore Amsterdam and nearby towns like Edam and Volendam. I enjoyed the breakfast, with hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon that kept getting refilled. Good coffee. The pillows could use a makeover. they felt too hard for my liking. I noticed some signs of wear in the room itself, like a few scuff marks on the walls that made it feel less fresh. Housekeeping did their job daily, but I found hair in the bathroom that shouldn't have been there. The staff at reception were mostly friendly, and I appreciated the quick check-in process. While my room provided a clean and spacious environment, it had an awkward layout that didn’t provide much privacy for the bathroom. I felt comfortable enough but did wish for a few updates to the furnishings.

The hotel's ambiance felt like a cozy European cafe, with an inviting restaurant area and decor that whisked me away to yesteryears. The lift accessibility made it easy for seniors to navigate effortlessly.
